Doug has over fifty years of experience in project engineering, project management and project operations. He has served as Vice President for two companies and oversaw construction operations throughout the southeastern United States. He also formed and operated his own successful construction company, which he later sold to his employee. Doug has a unique ability to grasp what a project needs, with regards to field operations and to guide superintendents in getting the project done.

Doug is a native of Kentucky and received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky; He served as an Officer in the United States Air Force. He and his wife have a farm in Corryton, TN where he raises horses and has a vineyard.
