Charlie’s years in construction have been varied and interesting. He has accumulated forty years of experience as project manager, vice president of construction operations and CEO. This broad experience has qualified Charlie as a reputable construction litigation analyst and expert trial witness and gives him a unique perspective from which to analyze construction.

Charlie worked as an overseas project manager and completed projects in Australia, the Middle East, as well as throughout the southeastern United States. He has worked as a program manager, construction company owner and civil engineering lecturer at the University of Tennessee.

Charlie is a native of Knoxville, TN, where he attended the University of Tennessee and received a Bachelor of Science Degree. Charlie joined PC2 in 2001. Additionally he has been active in scouting, several civic organizations and is Past President of the Knoxville Chapter of AGC. He has volunteered to head the Supervisory Training program for the Knoxville Chapter of AGC.
