Pc2 has a number of highly qualified professionals to provide effective on-site assistance to owners, engineers or contractors on any size project.  This service can be used to review and enhance performance in planning, contract administration, cost control, budgeting, scheduling or project close out.

Analyze and guide projects back on schedule.
Develop and monitor financial and time budgets.
Develop schedule alternatives to offset problems.
Monitor construction progress.
Develop and implement computerized, construction schedule.
Conduct progress meetings with architect/engineer and contractor.
Evaluate cost and time impacts to the project.
Complete ongoing, troubled projects
 

 ADVISORY


Value Engineering analysis to reduce costs.
Recommend cost reduction and control measures.
Review contractor’s construction schedule and procurement schedule.
Monitor timeliness of responses to “requests for information” (RFI).
Coordinate and review “change orders”.
Administer project progress payments.
Review project correspondence, change orders, and claim submittals.
