for a school construction default. Developed a number of preliminary
estimates and schedules for architects and engineering firms. Consulted
with general contractors to integrate computers for estimating and sales.
Designed and implemented a mall tenant build-out unit pricing software
package for a general contractor. Consultant with contractors in
residential and small commercial remodeling and repair business. Contract
construction manager for two buildings for The Tennessee Air National Guard
at McGhee Tyson Air Base. A multi-media and a multi-purpose facility
